40win Terms & Conditions – Rules and User Rights

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the 40win platform — available at 40win.best — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 40win (the "Platform").

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with registration or use 40win's services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available on the Welcome Bonus, which form an integral part of this document.

To register and use 40win's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age years old on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not being listed on any national or international gambling self-exclusion programs;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of a 40win staff member.

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and residential address. 40win reserves the right to verify this information at any time, particularly when processing withdrawal requests.

Only one account is permitted one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same user, regardless of the stated reason, will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any associated bonus balances. Real-money deposit balances may be returned after review, at the discretion of 40win's security team.

Each 40win account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. We strongly recommend using strong passwords — with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and enabling two-factor authentication whenever available.

You must immediately notify 40win via support at suporte@40win.best if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 40win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own failure to protect their credentials.

The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale of access, or any use other than direct participation in the games and bets available on 40win is strictly prohibited.

40win may temporarily suspend an account for security checks, compliance reviews, or investigation of suspicious activity. During this period, access to the account balance may be restricted. Users will be notified by email when a suspension begins and when it ends.

All financial transactions at 40win are conducted exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies or perform currency conversions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Accepted methods are:

• Pix — credited within 60 seconds, available 24 hours a day, no fees;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 hour of bank clearance;
• Credit & Debit Card — major card brands accepted, immediate processing;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processed in up to 15 minutes;
• TED Transfer — through major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others), credited on the same business day.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00. The recommended method is Pix, with processing in under 5 minutes after approval. Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same CPF as the 40win account — 40win does not transfer funds to third parties.

For withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations identified as necessary by the compliance system, additional identity verification may be requested, requiring submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address. This process is completed within 24 hours by the 40win team.

40win reserves the right to limit or delay withdrawal processing if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to submit documentation to resolve the situation.

40win offers bonuses and promotions for new registrations and active users. Each bonus has specific terms covering the amount, rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal), validity period, eligible games, and each game category's contribution toward completing the rollover.

The Welcome Bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is subject to the following general conditions:

• Valid for the first deposit made to the account only;
• The bonus amount is credited after deposit confirmation;
• The bonus and any winnings generated from it may only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met in full;
• Bets on Sports Betting, crash games, and slots contribute at specific percentages described on the Welcome Bonus;
• The rollover requirement must be met within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. After this period, any unused bonus balance will be cancelled with no refund.

Bonus abuse techniques are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: mutual betting (hedging) across accounts to eliminate risk, betting on near-certain outcomes to simulate rollover completion, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. 40win uses automated systems to detect this type of behavior.

Sports betting at 40win is governed by the following general rules, which apply to all available markets — football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and other sports.

• Bets are accepted up until the official start of the event. For live markets, bets are accepted until 40win suspends the market, which may happen at any point during the event.
• Odds are set by 40win and may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odd displayed at the time of confirmation is the one that applies to the bet.
• In the event of cancellation, postponement of more than 48 hours, or permanent suspension of an event, all bets on that event are cancelled and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance.
• 40win reserves the right to cancel or limit bets suspected of result manipulation or systematic cross-platform arbitrage.
• The Cash Out allows users to settle a bet before the final result, at the value offered by 40win at that moment. Cash Out is not available on all markets and may be suspended at any time without prior notice.
• Obvious odds errors — for example, odds of 50.00 on an event with a real probability close to 80% — may be corrected, and bets placed on those odds may be cancelled with a full refund of the staked amount.

Parlay bets (multiples) are allowed at 40win with a minimum of 2 selections. The minimum bet amount per event is R$ 1.00 and the maximum amount per individual bet is subject to limits set per event and market, available in the bet interface.

All casino games available at 40win — including slots, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX), poker, and Live Casino — are provided by third-party suppliers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and others) that use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits.

40win does not control the game algorithms of its providers and cannot be held liable for RNG behavior that a user considers abnormal. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the provider and is available in that game's information section.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including connection drops, interface freezes, or server errors — 40win will attempt to restore the session to its state prior to the failure. If that is not possible, the round will be cancelled and the amount wagered will be refunded. Winnings already confirmed before the failure will be honored.

For the poker, the following specific rules apply:

• Collusion between players (any arrangement to harm or benefit another player at the expense of fair play) is strictly prohibited;
• The use of assistance software (HUDs, bots, or automated calculators during gameplay) is prohibited and may result in account suspension;
• 40win monitors gameplay patterns to identify irregular behavior and may confiscate winnings obtained through proven collusion.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 40win platform, regardless of the user's stated intent:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or using third-party details to create accounts;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to automate bets or interactions with the platform;
• Intentionally exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or artificially extract bonuses;
• Using systematic hedging techniques between 40win and other platforms to eliminate betting risk while meeting a bonus rollover requirement;
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods not registered under the same CPF as the account;
• Using 40win for any money laundering activity or the financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the system, reverse-engineer the platform, or carry out any attack on the platform's infrastructure;
• Posting, sharing, or encouraging offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content through the platform's chat features.

Violation of any of the above may result in: temporary or permanent account suspension, cancellation of pending bonus balances, withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 40win support via live chat or at suporte@40win.best. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days. Bonus balances with unmet requirements are cancelled with no refund.

40win may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Failure to complete an identity verification request within the established deadline;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

In cases of closure due to a serious violation, 40win may hold the available balance for up to 90 days for internal investigation and cooperation with authorities. The user will be informed of the outcome and, where applicable, of any refund of funds.

40win is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools directly within the user's account area, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month;
• Loss limit — set a maximum loss amount per session, day, or week;
• Time limit — set session time alerts and automatic breaks;
• Reality check — complete history of all sessions, bets, and net result by period;
• Temporary self-exclusion — account block for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure with no possibility of reopening.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately, and the account becomes inaccessible from the moment of confirmation. 40win does not accept requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the end of the period set by the user.

40win handles users' personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). The data collected at registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, email, mobile number, address, and banking details — is used solely for:

• Creating and maintaining the user's account;
• Processing financial transactions;
• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Account communications, promotions, and platform updates (users may opt out of marketing communications at any time);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Data is stored with 256-bit encryption and is not shared with third parties without the user's express consent, except where required by law or court order. Users have the right to access, correct, port, and delete their data under Articles 18 and 19 of the LGPD — to exercise these rights, contact our data protection officer at suporte@40win.best.

40win is not liable for financial losses resulting from the natural outcome of bets and games, which involve inherent risk and unpredictable results. The user acknowledges that sports betting and casino games are entertainment and that amounts wagered may be lost.

40win is also not responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's control;
• Losses caused by the user's own connection failure during a game session, subject to the provisions in Section 7 regarding technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their credentials;
• Withdrawal delays caused by limitations of third-party banking or payment systems.

40win's maximum liability to any user, for any reason, is limited to the account balance available at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

40win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this occurs, the last updated date at the top of this page will be revised and users with active accounts will receive an email notification at least 15 days' notice before the new terms take effect — except for changes required by law or regulatory order, which may take effect immediately.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this document or from the use of the 40win platform will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through 40win's support channel.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.

Users may also contact the state or federal Procon for matters related to consumer rights, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).
